In a few easy steps we will guide you through setting up your website package subscription for the first time!
To purchase a WebWhale Website Subscription navigate to the WebWhale Portal
On the left-hand panel, you can choose the Category you want such as Basic Website Plans, eCommerce Plans, SEO, etc. At the bottom of this panel you can change the currency to CAD or USD.
Choose a Domain:
Register a new domain: If you do not own your domain, you can register one with us. You will also get a free domain with a 1-year purchase of hosting or select plans. This applies to .COM and .CA domains.
Transfer your domain from another registrar: This will be rarely used. However, if you have a domain purchased from another registrar and you are unhappy with the service, you can transfer your domain to use to manage for you.
I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers: If you already own your domain through a registrar such as GoDaddy, we can easily update the nameservers to connect your site. Choose this option if you are unsure.
Choose an option and type in your domain name.
Confirm your plan details and choose your Billing Cycle. You can also choose from different add-ons from this page. When you are happy with everything, confirm your price and click Continue.
You can review your order one more time, and if you have any Promo Codes, you can place it at the bottom of this page.
Click on Checkout
Fill out the rest of the customer information and credit card details. Complete your order and you are all set!
